About us

Rural China Educare Foundation (RCEF) is a non-religious, non-political and non-profit organisation. It was established in 1998 and has been run by a committee. Each year, fund-raising functions are held to raise funds for the adopting and sponsoring of libraries and for the sponsorship of children's education in rural areas of China. RCEF directs all donations towards rural education and all the operation costs are met by both committee members and volunteers.
